Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
SwiftSorta is operated by Marcus Pettice ("we", "us"). By using SwiftSorta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SwiftSorta adds labels to messages in a Gmail account you connect. It does not delete, archive, trash, mark as spam or send email.
Your account and consent
You may connect only a mailbox you own or are authorized to manage. If you connect someone else's mailbox, you confirm you have their consent.
Labels are suggestions
Labels are produced by an automated system and may be wrong. Do not rely on SwiftSorta as your only way to find important mail, bills or deadlines. A "Possible scam" label means a message looks suspicious. It never means a message is safe.
Undo and cancellation
You can ask us to undo any run, and you can revoke SwiftSorta's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.
Payments, plans and cancellation
SwiftSorta is sold as a one-time sort of up to 20,000 messages ($20), and, when offered, as monthly plans with a monthly allowance of messages sorted on demand: $12 for up to 5,000, $30 for up to 25,000 and $60 for up to 50,000. Allowances do not roll over to the next month. You pay before sorting begins. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record (shown on your statement and receipt as sold through Link). We do not see or store your card details.
If your inbox holds more messages than your plan covers, SwiftSorta sorts your newest messages first, up to the plan limit, and tells you how many were covered.
No refunds from us. Sorting uses paid AI processing that starts as soon as you begin, so we do not refund fees, including if you later undo the labels. Undo is always free. Our payment provider may refund a payment under its own rules, and some places give buyers cooling-off or refund rights that apply regardless of this section. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for mail that was missed or mislabeled.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions: support@swiftsorta.com.
