SwiftSorta reads your Gmail and adds labels so the important mail stands out: bills, deadlines, security alerts and anything that needs your action. Newsletters and promotions are labeled too, so you can ignore them with confidence.

Labels only. SwiftSorta adds labels to your messages. It never deletes, archives, moves to trash, marks as spam or sends email. Every run can be undone with one action.

How it works

  1. You sign in with Google and approve access to your Gmail.
  2. SwiftSorta reads each message and chooses a label: Action Required, Important Updates, Newsletters, Promotions or Low Value. Custom labels you approve, such as Finance & Receipts, are added too.
  3. Labels are applied to your messages. Nothing else in your mailbox changes.
  4. You can undo any run, or revoke access at any time.

Why SwiftSorta asks for Gmail access

To read your messages in order to classify them, and to add and remove SwiftSorta's own labels. We use this access only to provide that sorting feature to you. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect, store and share.
